Whether it is yoga, beauty, food, or fashion, these lifestyle aficionados leave us jaw-dropped in how they live their lives colorfully every day — keeping in tune with mind, body and spirit.
This is why we partnered with them — to celebrate living a colorful life and to inspire you. As partners, we treated each Aveda Ambassador to a visit at their local Aveda salon to experience Aveda Hair Color — if they hadn’t already — because we believe colorful lives should always be accompanied with beautiful hair hues. Our ambassadors then revealed their love of their new hair color on their social channels with the hashtag #LoveYourColor.

How do you make every day special? I’m a true believer that little gestures go a long way. A simple smile at a stranger, letting someone go in front of you in line, or buying someone a cup of coffee are little ways to live colorfully everyday.
How do you stay inspired? There is so much inspiration around me everyday — from my friends, family and kids to strangers on the street as well as beautiful imagery on Instagram. It’s hard not to be inspired!
Advice to others for embracing a colorful life? Try to do one small act of kindness everyday. You will be amazed at how it will brighten your day perhaps more than the recipient’s.
What do you love about your Aveda Color? I love my Aveda Color because it makes my hair feel healthy.

How do you make every day special? Doing things that spark joy and delight as much as possible. Whether that’s reading a good book, taking a hike, visiting an old friend, or learning something new. Such actions help ensure that my life is filled with things that make me happy and make me a better person.
How do you stay inspired? Luckily, my job is super inspiring. I get to push myself to be creative everyday. And on days I’ve hit a roadblock I do yoga or spend the day exploring the city and I feel instantly invigorated.
Advice to others for embracing a colorful life? Make sure you’re constantly challenging yourself to do things that make you feel good. Life can get mundane so take small steps each day to bring joy and keep things interesting.
What do you love about your Aveda Color? As a longtime fan — I’ve been getting my hair colored by Aveda for almost 15 years — I love the results and the nature of the color helps make my hair feel healthier.

How do you make every day special? Feed my body vibrant, healthy foods; challenge myself physically through my practice and mentally through my meditation; spend time with my friends, dog and getting out in nature. Also, listening to music while I dance around my house.
How do you stay inspired? My friends and family are continuously striving to be better, and to do better at whatever they take on — to watch them flourish is inspiring!
Advice to others for embracing a colorful life? Never stop pushing yourself. Test your limits. Learn new things. Life is beautifully colorful if you just take the time to explore it.
What do you love about your Aveda Color? I love the subtlety of the color, the tiny little details and layers of depth in it — it feels rich.

How do you make every day special? Nothing makes me feel sexier, more confident and powerful than a red lip. I love to wear red lipstick to brighten up a gloomy day — especially in rainy weather.
How do you stay inspired? I stay on top of the media and what is happening around me, both online and by reading at least one new magazine per week so that my inspiration stays fresh.
Advice to others for embracing a colorful life? If there is color that you love, but you think it might not look good on you, play around with it in accessories or shoes to incorporate that color into your life.
What do you love about your Aveda Color? With Aveda color no one believes that I color my hair. I love how natural it looks.
